CP shares, “Hello, I’m CP, and I’m glad you’re here! I offer therapy rooted in collaboration, curiosity, and creativity. My work centers Sex Therapy through an abolitionist lens, supporting clients through family planning, pregnancy, postpartum shifts, sexual behavior, and the evolving ways we understand gender, pleasure, and intimacy across the sexual health constellation. I hold space for your full humanity - your grief, your questions, your desire, and your joy - without shame or judgment.
I work with adults (18+) and couples/relationships both in person in Indianapolis and virtually across Indiana. I specialize in working with LGBTQIA2S+ folks, survivors of relational trauma, kinky and polyamorous individuals, and people actively disentangling from purity culture or high-control religious and spiritual environments. My approach blends somatic and narrative practices including Brainspotting, IFS, Jungian theory, and ACT, always shaped by your lived experience and needs. I’m also a longtime Sex Educator and currently completing certification in sex therapy through the Sexual Health Alliance to further support healing and sexual wellness.
Therapy with me is a space to slow down, reconnect, and heal on your own terms. If you're ready to explore, unlearn, and come home to yourself I’d be honored to be alongside you on your journey. I offer a free 15-minute consultation to see if we’re a good fit.
In my free time, I enjoy baking, playing rugby, writing, and slowly (but surely) learning how to become a plant-parent to my 20 leafy roommates at home.”
